Pumpkin Protein Ball Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups regular or gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ¾ cup creamy unsweetened peanut butter
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 scoops Shaklee pumpkin spice protein or your favorite protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (mini work best)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Method

Total Time: 10 minutes Makes: Approximately 24 balls

  • Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Stir with a spoon or spatula to combine.
  • Portion out mixture and roll into balls.
    *Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for up to one month.
