Pumpkin Protein Ball Recipe
Ingredients1 ½ cups regular or gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats¾ cup creamy unsweetened peanut butter¼ cup pumpkin puree2 tbsp honey2 scoops Shaklee pumpkin spice protein or your favorite protein powder1 tbsp chia seeds2 tbsp pumpkin seeds2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (mini work best)1 tsp vanilla1 tsp pumpkin pie spice Method Total Time: 10 minutes Makes: Approximately 24 balls Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
