As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, looking at how all areas of your life are connected. Taught by many of the world’s leading health and wellness experts, including Dr. Mark Hyman and Dr. Andrew Weil, my education equipped me with extensive knowledge in innovative coaching methods, lifestyle management techniques and holistic nutrition.
