Pumpkin Protein Ball Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups regular or gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats
- ¾ cup creamy unsweetened peanut butter
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 scoops Shaklee pumpkin spice protein or your favorite protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (mini work best)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Method
Total Time: 10 minutes Makes: Approximately 24 balls
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Stir with a spoon or spatula to combine.
- Portion out mixture and roll into balls.
*Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for up to one month.
